Most sources monitoring the development of the game report that the trailer, teaser, or other details about GTA 6 will be presented at the Take-Two meeting with investors, scheduled for May 17th.

However, Mnm345, one of the insiders, has stated that the full announcement of GTA 6 will occur before May 17th.

Another authoritative source, Tez2, has written that the game will be shown in the fall of 2023.
