Yesterday we wrote about the first participants of ECS Season 3 Development League, which became the participants of the event after passing the regional qualifiers. Today, the names of invited teams were announced.

The beginning of the tournament is scheduled on February 28, and the tournament will last till March 16. On March 25 – 26, two best teams of Development League will play matches against two teams that took two last places in the Europeans and American divisions of ECS Season 2.
